We provide remote support over the internet, fully protected and fully secure.

Remote support services are a set price of £24.99 per half an hour. Usually most faults are fixable within this time frame but we will advise the best cause of action if it will be longer.

Payment is asked for upfront as we generate sessions based on the customer. If you have rang us about a problem and  we have booked you a time in for remote session please install the screen connect software and enter the password given to you. 

An invitation link will be sent to your email or will be verbally given to you over the phone.
